Drink plenty of water
Simple and easy to do – swap caffeinated or sugary drinks for water. The anti-oxidants help to decrease blemishes (and wrinkles!) leaving your skin radiant, your immune system boosted and energy levels raised. Fruit-infused water is a great way to make water taste great and be healthy - other great fruits to slice and add to water are raspberries, blueberries and cucumber or try mixing orange and blueberry or watermelon and mint.
