Time for tea
Every good meal ends with coffee and a selection of petits fours, right? Not necessarily. It could also end with a flower tea. What starts out looking like an unassuming tuft of grass is popped into a glass, and when boiling water is added the magic starts to happen, as the hydrated flower slowly unfurls to create a miniature underwater garden. And it tastes good too!

Green tea is hand-tied with edible flowers and infused with delicate flavours such as jasmine or lychee. The dehydrated buds tied in a chiffon pouch can also serve as quirky wedding favours.
