U is for... Umbria
While Venice has canals, Rome and Florence have art, Tuscany has vineyards, Milan is the fashion capital and the Amalfi Coast has the sea – what more does Italy have to offer? It turns out quite a lot. There’s plenty of culture to enjoy in Umbria’s main towns of Assisi, Perugia and Orvieto, while the countryside has pastoral fields, olive groves and vineyards.
