Liz Copeland and Harry Stein got trapped in the elevator along with a host of their guests and suppliers...
Earlier this month (October 10 to be precise), Liz Copeland and Harry Stein tied the knot at the Torpedo Factory in Virginia, America.
The happy couple, their rabbi, and a medley of their vendors and suppliers made their way into a lift in order to get to the ceremony venue - only for the elevator to breakdown.
Despite the stressful situation - and rather over-crowded setting - the bride, groom and their guests were determined to see the positive in the situation, using it as an opportunity to take some rather fabulous selfies and group shots as they waited for the lift to start moving once more.
Speaking to Buzzfeed, bridesmaid Rebecca Frank said: "The photographers got a bunch of amazing shots of the bride and groom and family looking totally calm and relaxed, which they were. I don't know how they kept composure!"
The lift was jammed for just under half an hour before the fire department arrived to save the day - but that just meant everyone had time to upload their snaps under the couple's hashtag for the day, #copestein.
