The most fabulous celebrity wedding dresses of 2015

The most fabulous celebrity wedding dresses of 2015

The beautiful frocks these famous brides picked to walk down the aisle in...

The bride: Sofia Vergara

The dress: A custom-made gown created by the bride's go-to red carpet favourite, Zuhair Murad.

The bride: Whitney Port

The dress: A hi-low couture creation from Ashish Studio, with a scoopable train and matched with a pair of seriously fabulous shoes.

The bride: Allison Williams

The dress: A gown created by Oscar De La Renta by Peter Copping - and the first celebrity wedding gown designed by the fashion house since the eponymous founder passed away earlier in 2015.

The bride: Tanya Burr

The dress: A classic Phillipa Lepley creation, paired with an ethereal veil and a bouquet of lush white-and-green blooms.

The bride: Jacqui Ainsley

The dress: Another Phillipa Lepley creation: this time a scoop-neck, off-the-shoulder gown, again partnered with a long, floaty veil. Gorgeous!

The bride: Nicky Hilton

The dress: A couture Valentino creation, inspired by the wedding gowns worn by Grace Kelly and Kate Middleton. The sweeping veil Nicky picked to go with it nearly met a muddy end when it got caught under the wheels of the car that delivered her at the venue - but luckily, it was rescued without so much as a tear.

The bride: Geri Halliwell

The dress: Another Phillipa Lepley: this time, a traditionl lace-sleeved design, which the gorgeous bride paired with a romantic veil and bouquet of pastel blooms.

The bride: Michelle Keegan

The dress: Michelle picked a stunning fishtail number from Galia Lahav for her Suffolk marriage to radio and TV star Mark Wright, which she paired with pom-pom toed heels and a bouquet of pearl-studded hydrangeas.

The bride: Sofia Hellqvist

The dress: The bride wore a custom-made Ida Sjöstedt gown for her wedding to Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, which featured a pretty scoop-neckline and stunning lace sleeves.

The bride: Kim Sears

The dress: When Kim tied the knot with Andy Murray, she picked a V-necked, sparkle-encrusted gown from Jenny Packham, topped with a pretty headpiece

The bride: Sophie Hunter

The dress: A silver-embellished couture Valentino gown was created for Sophie's Valentine's Day wedding to actor Benedict Cumberbatch - the fashion house shared this fabulous shot from one of her fittings.
