The force was certainly with them on their wedding day!
A couple have blown all over Star Wars fanatics out of the water by marrying whilst waiting in-line to see the brand-new film.
Caroline Ritter and Andrew Porters tied the knot in the grounds of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood yesterday - the very same place where they'd been queuing for 12 days to see brand new Star Wars movie, The Force Awakens.
The Australian couple were already planning their nuptials when they heard that the cinema wanted to host a Star Wars themed wedding on opening day, in order to raise money for the Starlight Children's Foundation. Enter Caroline and Andrew.
Naturally, the bride and groom were joined by a host of familiar faces for the celebration; Darth Vader walked Caroline down the aisle, whilst Chewbacca and a Stormtrooper got involved in the wedding photos.
The officiant, who was a friend of the couple, filled the vows with endless Star Wars references, including out favourite lines: “One cannot block the power of love anymore than one can stop the twin suns from rising".
So true, so true.
The newlyweds cut into a wedding cake decorated with Star Wars figurines as R2D2 looked on, and the party ended when the pair received a $5,000 cheque to present to the Starlight Children's Foundation, as well as a $5,000 contribution towards their honeymoon.
One word: amazing.
