Michelle Keegan has spoken about her post-wedding fitness regime, and shared some of her fitness secrets.
The actress and her new husband, radio star Mark Wright, recently returned from a luxurious honeymoon.
Now, Michelle has shared her tips for getting back in shape after the honeymoon.
Sharing her fitness secrets in her blog for Hello! magazine, the newlywed said: "I wanted to do a bit of cardio to kickstart my body again, and although I have said it many, many times before that I hate doing exercise - I love the buzz it gives me afterwards and after a few weeks of hard work I can see the changes in my body so it makes it worthwhile".
Michelle's exercises of choice? Circuit training, including lunges, push-ups, star jumps and box squats.
The brunette beauty added: "I train myself and I prefer it this way, I put my music on loud and just go for it!"
Michelle revealed she's thrown herself straight back into her routine after arriving home from the honeymoon, completing the workout three times over the last week.
