The couple announced their split over 18 months ago
David Walliams and Lara Stone have reached a divorce settlement, 14 months after announcing their split.
The settlement - which decided how the couple's £19m fortune would be split - was finalised yesterday afternoon at London's High Court.
A lawyer speaking on behalf of David confirmed the comedian was 'pleased' to have finalised the divorce, whilst division judge Mr. Justice Macdonald added he was 'extremeley pleased' a settlement had been agreed on in such 'difficult and emotional circumstances'.
Whilst the judge decreed the settlement was a 'fair outcome', the specific terms of it will remain private.
The couple's shock split was first announced in spring 2015, with a source telling the Daily Mirror: "Lara has no intention of returning [to the family home] and will sign her divorce papers soon. She has been telling people she is never going back. As far as she is concerned the marriage is finished".
Lara and David married in a lavish London ceremony in 2010, held at the iconic Claridge's hotel. The pair welcomed their first child, son Alfred, in 2013.
