Will Meghan Markle attend Pippa Middleton's wedding?

Written by Katie Byrne, published 13th mar 2017

It sounds like Meghan Markle might not have an invite to Pippa Middleton and James Matthews' wedding after all.

Previously (read below), it was suggested Pippa would invite Prince Harry's girlfriend, Suits actress Meghan, to the nuptials, which are reportedly taking place on 20 May.

However, this has seemingly changed following the recent publicity surrounding Meghan and her Prince's trip to Jamaica for the wedding of Harry's best friend, Tom Inskip, earlier this month.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to be engaged by the end of the summer?

According to sources, Pippa was less than impressed with the attention Meghan generated during the trip.

The Daily Mail quotes a source close to the bride-to-be as saying: "She saw how all eyes were on Meghan rather than Lara last week. The situation was also stressful for Harry. Pippa and her mother, Carole, wonder whether Meghan’s presence could cause a great deal of unnecessary chaos".

According to sources close to Pippa, she's considering a 'no ring, no bring' policy - meaning guests who aren't engaged or married will be unable to bring a plus-one.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to make their first public outing as a couple at Pippa Middleton's wedding to James Matthews.

The nuptials are reportedly taking place on May 20 - and speculation has been rife as to whether the royal and his Suits star love would attend the celebration together.

A well-placed insider told The Daily Star: "Harry and Meghan are madly in love and he no longer wants to hide that from the world".

The source added: "He is close to Pippa and has been invited to her wedding and has obviously been given a plus one. Harry is adamant that he wants to take Meghan with him".

Previously it had been suggested Meghan might not attend the nuptials in order to guarantee attention was kept on the bride and groom.

Harry and Meghan were first introduced last summer and have reportedly become 'inseperable'.

An anonymous friend of the couple told The Sun: "They’ve taken things to the next level. They’re practically living together. She cooks for him, he pops out to the gym and they’re just enjoying hanging out".

They continued: "I can see them engaged by spring. I know that sounds a bit crazily soon, but he’s head over heels and they can’t bear to be apart".
