There's been endless speculation about the relationship status of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, with the world (and his metaphorical wife) relentlessly wondering whether the couple are on the verge of announcing an engagement.
Some rumours, depending on who you listen to, suggest the pair are actually already engaged, and planning a secret wedding celebration.
Anyway. The most recent set of engagement pondering has been sparked by something a little unusual: a car.
However, bear with us: signficantly, this particular engagement clue was also spotted shortly before Prince William and Catherine Middleton announced their engagement, back in 2010.
Over the weekend, Meghan was spotted being chauffeured around London in a black Volkswagen.
Whilst this might seem NBD to someone who is probably all-too-used to being driven around in gorgeous cars, this time it's a little different.
The car is part of a deal between Volkswagen and the royal family, which discretely gives members a substantial (believed to be around 60%) lease discount.
It's thought Prince Harry is currently paying for Meghan's car use himself, although the bill will be tax-payed-funded should the couple marry.
The development comes shortly after yet more whisperings suggested the Suits actress has already secured a bridal designer to create her wedding gown: no less than Giles Deacon, who famously designed Pippa Middleton's wedding dress earlier this year.
Speaking to the Daily Star about the potential to create Meghan's frock, Deacon commented: "If Meghan Markle was in any way interested, I would be more than delighted..."
