'Twas the night before the big day, and all through the house not a creature was stirring - apart from the bride!
1. Enjoy some relaxation time
Make time for a little pampering: from sitting back with your favourite face mask to enjoying a long soak in the bath or painting your toes. Whether you're doing it on your own, with your mum or with your bridesmaids, keep it chilled and low-key - burn a candle, listen to some music and have some snacks to hand. Bliss!
A little night-before beauty prep is great but avoid anything that might aggravate or irritate your skin, as well as anything that has potential to go awfully wrong. We're talking spot-popping, eyebrow-tweazing, last-minute tanning... Basically, anything that has potential to fill you with regret when you wake up the next morning.
2. Have something delicious (and filling) for dinner
You might not have a huge appetite on the morning of your wedding, after all, so make sure you tuck into something filling the night before.
3. Steer clear of the booze
You want to wake up with a clear head on your wedding morning, after all!
4. Pack a last-minute 'emergency' kit
Take a look at what we'd recommend having to-hand here; you might want to divvy it up between your bridesmaids so you don't double-up on anything. Include medical supplies, practical items (such as spare tights or cotton buds) and contact details for all your suppliers, including your hair and make-up artist.
