2018 bride - and not yet found your dress? Browse our edit of five of the most fierce and fabulous W-day trends out there
1. Fringe, fringe, fringe
Nope, we're not talkings bangs, ladies. Rather, twists and twirls of fabric, feathers and light-catching beads were skimming skirts, necklines and sleeves on the catwalks, with options ranging from demure to daring.

2. Beautiful backs
Create a double-impact walking-down-the-aisle moment by picking a wedding gown with a beautiful back. Whether it's cut-out or low-cut, decorated or embellished, dresses with statement, er, behinds are endlessly abundant in the 2018 collections.

3. Sheer details
From seemingly bare legs (concealed by the skimpiest hint of material) to embroidered peekaboo panels, there are plenty of ways to wear this daring style.

4. Capes and hoods
Looking as if they've fallen out of a fairytale, this look wouldn't be entirely out of place in the grown-up sequel to Little Red Riding Hood. From sweeping capes that flow perfectly behind to embellished (or minimalistic) hoods, it's a deliciously romantic style, whichever way you choose to work it.

5. Super-chic cover-ups
Bye-bye, boleros or cardigans - instead, say hello to edgy leather jackets and crisp silk shirts, knotted at the waist for a trés stylish finish. Fabulous. (And definitely re-workable into your wardrobe after the big day, too!)
