Themed around your favourite fairytale...
Tennis legend Serena Williams has married Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian - and the photos from the wedding are absolutely stunning.
The couple tied the knot in New Orleans on Thursday evening and, for the ultimate fairytale finish, themed their lavish celebration around Beauty And The Beast.
Joined by their baby daughter and Yorkshire Terrier pup, the radiant newlyweds held a seriously epic party for their nearest and dearest, with the bash also having a subtle (and oh-so glamorous) French-ball theme woven in.
Serena stunned in a wedding gown - topped with a dainty cape - designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen (who also designed Kate Middleton's 2011 dress), whilst her bridesmaids, including her sister and fellow tennis ace, Venus, were pretty in Galia Lahav frocks.
A second dress was donned by the bride later in the day - a feathered creation by Versace - followed by another Versace number (shorter, more fitted) for the dancefloor. And speaking of the dancefloor...
Guests at the wedding included Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian West and Anna Wintour, amongst others, with attendants surrounding the floor space as Serena and Alexis spun around to their first dance tune, Tale As Old As Time.
Those very same guests tucked into a combination of Southern, Italian and Armenian cuisine, with the traditional buffet upgraded to a steak station and salad wall, before heading back to the dancefloor for a surprise performance by band New Edition. Thought it ended there? Towards the end of the evening, there was another surprise: a curtain dropped, revealing a huge white carousel, complete with horses. The newlyweds and their loved ones boarded the carousel as Ginuwine's Pony played in the background.
Sounds jaw-droppingly epic, no?
In a post shared on Instagram (left), an over-the-moon Alexis told his wife: "You are the greatest of all time, not just in sport--I’m talking about as a mother and as a wife. I am so excited to write so many more chapters of our fairy tale together. And my whole life I didn’t even realize it, but I was waiting for this moment. And everything that I have done, everything that I am so proud of in my career, and in my life, for the last 34 years, pales in comparison to what we’re doing today. And I am so grateful, and I am so in love."
