According to a new study, 2,916 couples will tie the knot on the same day as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The research, conducted by group travel specialists Red7, looks at the other nuptials that will be taking place on the same date as the Royal wedding: Saturday May 19.
(Of course, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's celebration won't be the only Royal wedding this year: Princess Beatrice will marry Jack Brooksbank in October!)
The poll found there will be 221,169 weddings taking place in total throughout 2018. From those celebrations, approximately 88million photographs will be snapped (that's 400 per wedding) and almost six million bottles of champagne will be consumed. Cheers!
Other interesting stats from the survey found an astonishing £1,250,047,188 will be spent by those attending hen parties in 2018, with the figure including travel, accommodation and activities. According to Red7, the typical hen party will involve 12 hens, who will spend close to £6k between them.
On top of this, around £138 million will be spent on bridesmaids' outfits, too, whilst brides will collectively spend £26 million on their dresses.
(That's nothing compared to the bling - an eye-watering £238,862,520 will be spent on engagement rings this year.)
Of all the brides and bridesmaids who will be heading down an aisle this year, a jaw-dropping 79 years-worth of time will be spent on having hair and make-up done.
